FRADAKI is a Community-Based Organization (CBO) founded in 1998 and officially registered in 2018 under the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Development in Kitui, Kenya (Reg. No. 43161). Based in Ngiluni, Kitui County, FRADAKI is dedicated to improving lives by supporting children with essential needs like education, food, clothing, healthcare, and counseling. We also provide HIV/AIDS education and guidance to help those affected directly or indirectly. Like the strong tree in our logo, FRADAKI has supported families across four generations. What started as goodwill toward vulnerable children has grown into a mission that extends to schools, churches, and orphanages—made possible by our founders and the generous support of friends and well-wishers worldwide.
Many children in our community live with single parents or grandparents, facing challenges that make them vulnerable—especially young girls at risk of abuse, early pregnancies, and drug use. FRADAKI steps in by offering guidance, counseling, and annual thanksgiving events. We work closely with schools, religious institutions, and the community to ensure our programs have the greatest impact. Our goal is to provide every vulnerable child in Kitui and beyond with basic needs in a safe and supportive environment.
To transform the lives of children in Ngiluni by providing education, scholarships, school supplies, clothing, and sustainable food solutions, ensuring a brighter future for all.
